Care Partners Support Group – 2nd Thursdays, 3-4:45 p.m.

This is a gathering where participants speak frankly about concerns and challenges in caring for loved ones with moderate to advanced PD symptoms. Open to family caregivers and care partners only. Convened by Joyce Sakai.

A new Care Partners Support group formed to address the needs of those partners who are caring for someone with mild to moderate symptoms. Coordinated by Suzanne Falter and Richard Hom. We welcome all care partners who wish to attend.

Heart Circle – 1st Saturday

The relief and sweetness of sharing our lives with PD.  We join together in a guided meditation, followed by a topic of mutual interest, a social tea & goodies, and then, in friendship, we speak from our hearts.  Open to anyone with PD.

Young Onset PD Group – Meeting dates and times vary

Together on the Parkinson’s Journey.
Come share, laugh and learn in the outdoors with PD Active’s Young Onset PD (YOPD) group.  This group is for you if you were diagnosed with PD in your early fifties or younger.
